Kesavan has about twenty years in the spectrum of application development from desiging to managing delivery of projects. His specialities include,apart from host of web, non-web and database technologies, building solutions using big data technologies.

He joined Sears Holdings India (SHI) as team manager and then moved on to become the CTO. As a senior director and CTO in SHI, Kesavan is responsible for emerging technology practice in Pune. His team has successfully modernized legacy applications to state-of-the-art technology platform saving millions of dollars for Sears. He and his team will be working to unlock huge value in at-rest and in-motion data within an enterprise.

Prior to this Kesavan leveraged his extensive experience in the area of application development to help build the application development organization in Sears.

Apart from work, Kesavan likes sports, reading books and spending time with family.
