Expanding on his experience with SkyBell, company co-founder Andrew Thomas will explain how capturing device data can improve the user experience, customer service and ultimately create a better product. SkyBell is a revolutionary Wi-Fi video doorbell that allows homeowners to communicate with the visitor at their door. SkyBell is becoming a great leader in home automation. SkyBell has been included in Apple's HomeKit announcement, been nominated for the CES Innovations Award (same as Nest and Dropcam) and tens of thousands of devices sold. With a motion sensor, night vision and on-demand camera access, SkyBell provides a new level of convenience, control and safety to homeowners.

Andrew Thomas (@apthomas) is co-founder of SkyBell (www.skybell.com) - a Wi-Fi video doorbell that allows users to answer their door from a smartphone. SkyBell completed a highly successful Indiegogo campaign, was named a 2014 CES Innovations Award Nominee, was included in the Apple announcement of HomeKit and has been covered by TechCrunch, Fast Company, Engadget, MacLife and TIME Magazine. Andrew is responsible for the strategic planning and product development for SkyBell. He is passionate about creating useful technology that positively impacts our daily life. Through SkyBell, Andrew intends to reinvent the doorbell to give users control over their front door and a better connection with their home. Andrew started his career as a member of the Google search team. A sense of adventure led him to Shanghai, China where he managed web development projects for one of China’s largest video game development companies. Andrew graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Southern California.
