Profile

Heather McGlinn Hansma is the SVP for Strategy and Analysis for Wells Fargo’s Virtual Channels (online, mobile, contact centers and social). In this role, she is responsible for developing transformational strategies to support long term profitable growth and leading the three year strategic planning and investment allocation process. Additionally, she supports the development of companywide strategies and growth initiatives. Data driven decision making is a core strength, and Heather had developed expertise in leveraging qualitative, quantitative and big data to develop Wells Fargo’s strategies. A 13 year veteran of Wells Fargo, she started out developing strategies for selling and servicing financial products online. That business now supports over 26 million active customers. Heather holds both an MBA and an A.B. in economics from Harvard University.
