Topic

Building a Data Culture

Abstract

Research shows that the more internal audiences with access to data, the higher the company performs. As the lead data person within an award-winning creative marketing agency in NYC, I've learned many lessons - some the hard way - of getting people who have never opened a spreadsheet to appreciate the value of data. This session will provide specific lessons, such as leading with questions, showing rather than telling and creating compelling spectacles to infuse an appreciation for data into any organization.
