Abstract
Best customer service is the one when we proactively address Customer concerns even before they are compelled to contact us. At PayPal, we are working on a comprehensive Customer Care solution to proactively solve customer issues. We are leveraging Deep learning techniques in the area of Natural Language processing to utilize both structured and unstructured data. In this talk I will present our work on ChatBots, Email routing and auto response solutions to mitigate overall customer contact rates.
