Will AI take over medicine?

Different patients respond differently to the same kind of disease even when they were taken the same medication. There are lots of issues in the current treatments of different diseases and the knowledge of doctors are limited to one (or few) type(s) of data while human body as whole needs to be assessed. AI is able to take into consideration all these different types of data available as well as patient demographic information to build a better knowledge about the disease which is suitable for a specific patient.

Prior to industrial research, she was working at the Institute of Cancer Research, the University of Cambridge, and St. Andrews University.
