Nathan Tierney is a retired military officer and former Chief Operating Officer (COO) of a software development and analytics company. He provided executive leadership for cross-functional U.S. and overseas teams to create data analytics tools and white label applications for detecting propensity to treat and avoid insurance fraud. Nathan authored the book Value Management in Healthcare, How to establish a Value Management Office to support value-based outcomes in healthcare. Currently, he leads Value Management efforts the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
