Siva is a seasoned architect with 20+ years of experience in large-scale custom enterprise solutions specialized in Application Architecture, Application modernization, Architecture assessment, data migration, capacity sizing and infrastructure modernization for large public sector clients, and Health and lifecycle clients. He was one of the instrumental leaders created an Application Architecture practice for Deloitte Consulting and led many architecture assessments across the industries. He also developed the Deloitte Consulting’s standard custom development framework and provides architecture advisory services for many engagements on project assessment, architecture review, and estimation methodologies. Siva is currently the Deloitte Lead Architect for the CCSP program working with EAS team on defining the future state architecture for CCSP. Siva has started his career as an operating system developer for Unix platforms and over the years has designed, and developed large-scale solutions in C, C++, ASP, .NET, and other modern technologies. Siva served as a chief architect for some of the largest and complex custom development projects for Deloitte Consulting over the last decade. Worked as a Chief Architect for the last six (10) years on multiple projects including systems that support more than million end users. He has managed software development teams of more than 100 staff. Siva has developed and deployed multiple web-based systems that support millions of internet registered end-users.
