Profile

Mark Koss’ 20+ year career spans data science, business analytics, corporate strategy and management consulting.  He is the Director of Digital Analytics and Steering at T-Mobile where he and his team deliver on T-Mobile’s customer obsession by analyzing millions of customer interactions to better understand the needs of our customers and precisely target improvements to T-Mobile’s web and app properties. Previously Mark was Director of Data Science and Corporate Strategy for Expedia.com where he built an advanced analytics and strategy team that defined the payments strategic and annual planning vision and supported a 600+ employee Finance organization.  Before Expedia, Mark led analytics for Microsoft Office 365 as well as built an in-house advertising operations team for Microsoft. Prior to this, Mark led corporate strategy for Sabre’s Travel Network and Airline Solutions Business lines.  He also worked at Accenture as a management consultant building enterprise systems for eBay, Merrill Lynch, AT&T, and the California and Maryland state governments.  Mark received his MBA from the University of Texas and a Bachelor’s degree from Notre Dame.  He enjoys spending time with his wife Khoo and daughter Lillyann, cooking with the fantastic ingredients available in the Pacific Northwest, discovering new restaurants and traveling the globe
