Real-time Adaptive Machine Learning Algorithms with Python

Abstract

The workshop offers adaptive algorithms to solve many real-world streaming data problems.  It step by step introduces each category of problems starting from simple to more complex real-time data processing for machine learning and analysis. At each step you will gain insights into real-world use cases, find solutions, explore code used to solve these problems, and find ways to create new algorithms for your use cases, if different.
 
The workshop starts with a common framework to derive adaptive algorithms, then uses the framework for each category of streaming data problem starting with adaptive median to complex principal components and discriminant analysis. By the end of the workshop, you will have a solid understanding of how to solve adaptive machine learning and data analytics problems and derive new algorithms for your use cases. If you have high volume time-varying data with high dimensionality in a low compute, low latency environment, this workshop will give you solutions you need.

Profile

Chanchal Chatterjee, Ph.D, held several leadership roles in machine learning, deep learning and real-time analytics. Chanchal is currently leading Deep Learning software at NVIDIA server platforms. In the past, he led many ML/AI projects at Google Cloud Platforms with Fortune 500 customers in several verticals. Chanchal received an Outstanding paper award from IEEE Neural Network Council for adaptive learning algorithms recommended by MIT professor Marvin Minsky. Chanchal also has a book titled Adaptive Machine Learning Algorithms with Python which has exceeded 15K downloads.
