Securing the Blockchain Application Layer

As blockchain technology becomes a widely used basis for applications, it is threatened by an increasing ignorance of secure practices. This presentation will explore common vulnerabilities and delve into the tools and techniques used to mitigate security threats on the blockchain application layer.


 

Pranav Gaddamadugu studies Computer Science and Applied Mathematics at UC Berkeley. He has worked on smart contract development at Blockchain at Berkeley and ConsenSys before discovering his passion for blockchain security. He is one of the founding members of Argus Observer, a consulting firm which has secured smart contracts for companies including Loopring and SpankChain. Pranav also researches with UC Berkeley on novel blockchain constructs and differentially private machine learning projects.
