Abstract
**Abstract:** Natural Language Interfaces (NLIs) are revolutionizing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms by enabling users to interact with systems through conversational AI. This presentation explores the transformative potential of NLIs in simplifying workflows, enhancing user engagement, and driving productivity. Attendees will gain insights into the design and integration of conversational AI interfaces, including real-world examples of how NLIs automate repetitive tasks, streamline complex processes, and adapt to diverse user needs. We will discuss the challenges of implementing NLIs, such as ensuring data security, handling ambiguity, and maintaining contextual accuracy, alongside strategies to overcome these hurdles. Profile
I have 16+ years of industry experience building SaaS & Web Products for large eCommerce, fintech, and health-tech companies. I have had the privilege of transitioning from a software developer to an Engineering leader role. This journey has been immensely fulfilling, and it has allowed me to gain a comprehensive understanding of the technical, managerial, and business aspects of Computer Science, various technologies, and software development. As a developer, I was deeply involved in coding, data analysis, problem-solving, and collaborating with peers to create recommendation engines and pricing models. Over time, my passion for technology evolved into a desire to lead and inspire others. Today, as an Engineering leader, I focus on fostering a culture of continuous learning, mentorship, and collaboration within my team. My goal is to empower individuals to reach their full potential, both technically and professionally. Alongside my career, I would like to stay involved in the technical community and be at the forefront of technology. Some of my volunteering work and other credentials include: * IEEE Sr Member and member of IEEE Computer Society * Member, IEEE SA P3493.1 - Working Group on Secure, Compliant, Coordinated, and Inclusive Healthcare Data Recycling. * Peer Reviewed 30+ IEEE Conference Papers * Active Manuscript reviewer - Peer Reviewed 5+ Books on Technology by Manning Publication * 3 IEEE Papers (Accepted and would be presented in 3 separate conferences by the end of 2024) * Judged Multiple Awards (such as Globee, Business Intelligence etc.) * Judged & Mendored in Several Hackathons I would be honored to be part of the conference to speak on one of the sessions on AI, Cloud and Emerging Tech. I am also enthusiastic about opportunities, where I can engage in meaningful discussions with other industry experts.
